What to say afterwards?

met this kid at a friends going away party. friends with her boyfriend. hooked up a few days ago and it was amazingg.. he made all the moves and started everything. had a great goodbye just a good time. then he found me on facebook. do we talk/ make a joke about it or just ignore it?
