In the new AVP game, does anyone know how to pull a marine into a overhead vent as the alien?

My friend said that it was possible to pull a marine into a overhead vent as the alien using your tail. He said you have to first jump into a vent, lure a marine closer, tail whip him in the back, hold down the heavy attack button and the interract button but everytime I tried it, I just ended up knocking him over. Can anyone tell me if it really is possible to do this and if it is, how do you do it.
