Should I go or forget about him?

So there's this guy that I sorta like. He's from Germany so that means he's going back. Tonight was the last night we got to see eachother. Now we're skyping and he's telling me to come over cause I didn't give him a goodbye kiss. We've never talked like this so IDK what to do. Should I go... It's passed midnight!!!! SO IDK WHAT TO DO. HELP!!!!!!
