KIS 2011 bad image file?

By chance are you running windows XP or 2000? I am really getting about tired of Microsoft and all the programs that are "Standard issue" these days.. I have people calling me to fix their XP every other day for this error- and that is just family ugh. You have a bad system file, or in other words a) somethings is incompatible, b) you have a virus or c) you downloaded a screwed up update from microsoft or some other inconsiderate jack*ss that doesn't think anyone ought to run files in Xp or 2000 anymore and doesn't realize there are people out there who refuse to upgrade! Either way, figure out how to do a clean install and then try not to do whatever i was that caused it again.
