How do I find PS3 demos?

Yes I know to look in the Playstation Store. But one day I received a invite from a friend asking me to play the AVP demo. However I was too late to answer. So I looks for the demo in the Playstation store and couldn't find it. And now the Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 demo is out. And I don't know how to look for it either. Can someone help me?
