Attention, question about xbox 360?

I have a 360 with a samsung drive, flashed to ixtreme1.61 it plays all sorts of backup games but when i put "AvP" In the drive, i get so far into the first mission and the console emits a loud beep and freezes. My consoles not connected to the internet. Do i need a boot disc to play this game? (i think its wave 6) but ive got games like alan wake, lost planet 2, batman arkham asylum etc they all work...? advice please? if i neeed a boot disc were do i get one?
